Strategy Session Steps
I want you to get as much value as possible from our two hours together so ahead of our session, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Complete the pre-call questionnaire to help me better understand your business and what you need support with.
- Book a 30-minute prep call to get the ball rolling, ask any questions you might have, and ensure I’m clear on what the focus is for our longer session.
- On the prep call we can diarise the 2-hour Strategy Session based on your preferred timescale.
- Once the Strategy Session has taken place, a recording of the call will be available on the portal (so you don’t have to furiously scribble notes throughout).
- Then we will arrange a 30-minute follow up for approximately 1 month afterwards to check on your progress and give you the opportunity to ask further questions or seek advice on specific issues.
