Why I'm creating All Stars
Â
When I started growing my business, I often wished I had a group of people I could talk things through with.
People who understood the decisions, the responsibility and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with building something of your own.
Over the past eight years, I’ve grown an award-winning VA business, built a team, generated multi-six-figure revenue and navigated plenty of mistakes, difficult decisions and unexpected plot twists along the way.
I don’t have a magic formula - nobody does.
But I do have a huge amount of experience to share, and I know how powerful it is to have access to people who are a few steps ahead, walking beside you and cheering you on.
That’s the community I want All Stars to become.
A place where ambitious VAs can get the support, accountability and encouragement they need to build businesses - and lives - that work for them.
