1. The promoter
The promoter is The VA Handbook Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 11198848.
Registered office: 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open internationally to individuals aged 18 or over, or the age of legal majority in their country of residence if higher.
Entry is not permitted where participation in the prize draw would be prohibited or restricted by local law.
Employees of The VA Handbook Ltd, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw may not enter.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to enter. The promoter may request reasonable evidence of an entrant’s age, identity, country of residence or eligibility before awarding the prize.
3. How to enter
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must join the All Stars waitlist by completing and submitting the waitlist form during the entry period.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be removed before the draw takes place.
Incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
4. Entry period
The prize draw opens on Thursday 27 August 2026.
Entries must be received by 8pm UK time on Sunday 6 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the prize draw, although individuals may still join the All Stars waitlist while it remains available.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not successfully received due to a technical fault or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.
5. The prize
There is one prize available.
The winner will receive their first three months of All Stars membership free. The total value of the prize is ÂŁ117, based on the founding member rate of ÂŁ39 per month.
The prize does not include any additional products, services or expenses unless expressly stated.
The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold. No cash alternative is available.
The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties or other charges arising from receipt of the prize in their country of residence.
6. How the winner will be selected
After the draw closes, all valid waitlist entries received during the entry period will be exported into a spreadsheet.
Each eligible entrant will be allocated a unique number. Those numbers will be entered into a random number generator, which will select one number as the winner.
The selection process will be documented to demonstrate that the winner was chosen fairly and at random.
The draw will take place at approximately 9pm UK time on Sunday 6 September 2026.
7. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied when joining the waitlist. The promoter intends to notify the winner following the draw and before All Stars founding member enrolment opens on Monday 7 September 2026.
Entrants are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking their inbox, including their junk or spam folder.
The promoter is not responsible if the winner does not receive or see the notification email.
8. Claiming the prize
The winner will receive a unique promotional code to use when completing the All Stars membership checkout.
The winner must claim the prize and complete the membership checkout before enrolment closes at 11.59pm UK time on Sunday 13 September 2026.
If the winner does not claim the prize by that deadline, they will lose their entitlement to it. The promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible entries but is not obliged to do so.
The winner must not share their promotional code with anyone else.
9. Membership and future payments
The promotional code will make the winner’s first three monthly All Stars membership payments free.
After the three-month prize period, the membership will continue at the applicable monthly membership rate and payment will be collected using the payment method supplied at checkout unless the winner cancels beforehand.
The winner may cancel their membership at any time, including during the three-month prize period, in accordance with the All Stars Membership Terms. The winner is not required to continue as a paying member after using the prize.
If the winner cancels before using all three free months, no cash payment, refund, credit or replacement period will be provided for any unused portion of the prize.
By claiming the prize, the winner agrees to the All Stars Membership Terms.
10. Winner announcement
The promoter may ask the winner for permission to share their name, business name, photograph or testimonial on The VA Handbook website, social media channels, newsletter and within the All Stars community.
Any wider publicity of this nature will be subject to the winner’s agreement.
To demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, the promoter may publish or make available limited information about the winner, ordinarily their surname and county, region or country of residence.
Entrants may object to this information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting the promoter. The promoter may still be required to provide the winner’s details confidentially to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
11. Personal information
The promoter will use entrants’ names and email addresses to:
- Administer and operate the prize draw
- Verify entries and select the winner
- Contact the winner
- Send the All Stars waitlist information and launch communications requested when joining the waitlist
- Comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligations
Personal information will be handled in accordance with The VA Handbook’s Privacy Policy: https://www.thevahandbook.com/legal/Â
Entrants’ personal information will not be sold. It will only be shared with service providers where necessary to administer the waitlist, communications or prize draw, or where disclosure is required by law.
Entering the prize draw does not provide consent for personal information to be used for unrelated marketing. Any additional marketing communications will be sent only where the promoter has an appropriate lawful basis to do so.
12. General
The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and refuse to award the prize where it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached these terms, acted fraudulently or attempted to manipulate the entry or selection process.
The promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the prize draw and the selection of the winner is final.
If circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw, the promoter will take reasonable steps to minimise any disadvantage to entrants.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
13. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of an entrant’s country of residence.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where an entrant is entitled under applicable local law to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
